I. Purpose
This SOP establishes standardized procedures for the issuance,
deployment, training, and documentation of ForseMark FM9106M
ammunition. It ensures safe handling, consistent performance,
and regulatory compliance across all operational and training
environments.
II. Scope
This SOP applies to:

III. Product Description
The ForseMark FM9106M is a 9mm, 106-grain bonded core round featuring
a polymer tip inserted into the hollow point cavity. It is designed
to:

IV. Issuance & Inventory Control

lot number, quantity, and recipient.

Armory staff must inspect packaging
and seal integrity prior to issuance.

Expired, damaged, or compromised
rounds must be returned for disposal per agency hazardous

quarterly and documented by the armory supervisor.

primary duty ammunition or deployed in tactical operations
